| You must be at least 4 months old, Spayed or Neutered (if over six months) and current on vaccination for Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella (canine cough - you may have to ask your vet do this one as it isn't considered a routine vaccination. You must be in good health, on a flea/tick preventative program, friendly to all dogs, tolerate most people and generally love to play. | |
| To be accepted as a camper, your guardian completes a behavior questionnaire and does a quick, no cost temperament test. You are introduced to two campers, usually a male and a female, to see how well you interact with other campers. If all goes well, you are welcome to stay at least 3 hours so we can continue to monitor your play patterns. You may stay to play the entire day if you're having fun! | |
| We love and respect all dog breeds. If your pooch is friendly, he or she will be accepted regardless of the breed. | |
| We are open from 6am - 8pm Monday through Friday and 9-5 on Saturdays. Sundays we open to the public from 11am-1pm ONLY and this is for campers who are either coming in for boarding or going home. The abbreviated hours are for the public ONLY, someone is still on-site taking care of the dogs. | |
| Dogs play all day with other campers with similar temperament and activity levels in our large indoor & outdoor play areas. We have pools and sprinklers in Summer. | |
| Everyone must come in on a leash. Collars will be removed for the day and then put back on for pick up. | |
| Don't be embarrassed about calling to check on your dog! We know your pet is a member of your family and welcome your calls. | |
| It is highly recommended to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. During busy seasons, it's best to make reservations EARLY so you know your pooch has a spot. | |
| It is best to eat 1.5 hours prior to coming to camp to prevent Bloat which can be caused by playing too quickly after eating. It's also best to eat prior to coming so no one is crabby and hungry. | |
| Please don't bring your pet to us within 7 days of ANY vet visit. | |
| During holiday periods (Christmas break, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day weekend, February break and Spring break), we have a 3 day minimum stay policy & we require payment upfront for those days. All other boarding periods require a $30 non-refundable deposit upon reserving. | |
| Most dogs will put themselves in for a nap between 12 and 2. They all (we have some hold outs) curl up in various corners of a play room and snooze in the middle of the day. Our lobby is closed to the public during those hours. | |
| All overnighters participate in day care during the day. | |
| If your dog has special needs, please call and talk to us about it. If your dog is friendly and up to playing all day, we don't care how many legs she has, if he can see, how old she is, needs medication, etc. | |
| We accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa for payments. | |
 | Please call us or email Marianne, the Business Manager, if you have any questions about our policies, rules - ANYTHING! We always want to hear from you! And be sure to look at our FAQs & What to Expect pages. Many answers can be found there. | |
