Does Your Dog Lack Social Graces?

Does he:

• Bark when people knock at the door? • Jump on your guests?

• Jump on the furniture? • Growl when you scold him?

• Run away or not come when called? • Fight with other dogs?

• Steal things from the table? • Act aggressively without reason?

• Run out the door every chance he gets?

• Is he shy or obnoxiously happy?

• Does he pull you down the street when you take him for a walk?

Begging

These are just a few of the many bad habits that can turn a pet into a nuisance...

But don't blame the dog...

TRAIN HIM!

New Training Class Starts September 14th at 10am

Our goal is to turn you into your dog's best trainer!

GROUP OBEDIENCE:
Group Obedience Lessons offer the most economical and effective training environment. Group lessons provide the distractions of other dogs and people which enhance the learning process. Group classes meet once a week for 7 consecutive weeks.

Tuition: $250.00

PRIVATE LESSONS:
Although group lessons are the most economical, private one-on-one lessons have their advantages. For those pet owners whose busy schedules prevent them from traveling and participating in the structured group classes, private lessons offer a more flexible schedule. The trainer meets with the student at a mutually agreeable time and place that is convenient for the student. Although private lessons are more costly, training can be conducted at an accelerated pace and the basic obedience course is completed in 6 sessions. There are no contracts and you pay as you go.

Tuition: $100.00 per session at our Ronkonkoma facility; $125.00 per session at your home.

BOARDING SCHOOL:
This unique training program allows you to leave us your dog for a period of up to 12 days. Your dog will receive daily individual training instruction, balanced with play time and adequate rest. Upon completion of the program your dog will be fully trained to heel, sit, stay, down, and come to you on lead. This training course includes one private session at the training center and one follow-up training session at the student's home. This training program requires the pet owner to assume a greater responsibility in reinforcing the behaviors your dog learns in school.

Tuition: $1350.00 (Includes training equipment, food and boarding costs.)

K9 REHABILITATION PROGRAM:
If your dog has more advanced behavioral issues, i.e. biting, growling, and/or outward aggression, we offer a very special program. The K9 Rehabilitation Program requires you to leave your dog with us for a minimum of 14 days. This form of residential treatment provides an individually designed program of obedience training, socialization with both people and other dogs as well as behavior modification. Fees for this program vary; call to discuss the details.

Remember.....

A well-trained and obedient dog is a pleasure to own, a true companion instead of a nuisance. Your dog will not only learn the "rules of the house," but will love you more. By teaching him to respect your authority, he will seek your approval rather than simply seeking attention.

If you love your dog and wish that you could have more fun and less frustration in your relationship with him, give us a call and learn more about our courses. You will not be disappointed!
