Testimonials

Hi Marianne,

I just wanted to thank you again for taking care of Shilo this past weekend.  She has only been in the family for 4 months now and is still so frightened of so much!  It really put my mind at ease to see video of her while we were away.  She has come so far at home I was really concerned that she would be set back from being boarded.  She came home and didn't seemed affected at all...other than sleeping like a rock!

Thanks again for making her ( and I ) feel so comfortable.

Hi Marianne.

Yes, I got the pictures of Alex.  I love them.  My neighbors and I looked at them and decided that Alex is a party-animal (no pun intended).  It looks like he had a great time.  I'm pleased to see that you guys got him into the swimming pool.  Thanks so much for sending the pictures to me.  I really appreciate your time and your efforts.

.  I glad I found such a great place for Alex to go when I work.  Everyone is always so nice to both him and me.  Friendliness abounds.  Thanks again.

Mike and Marianne,

My name is Curt Croley and my wife, Linda, and I have been bring our two dogs – Kelsey and Luna – to your Port Jefferson location 2-3 days/week for the last several years. I suppose that you could characterize us as “regular” customers with returning business on a weekly basis. Our dogs are very important to our family so I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences with you regarding how your business is contributing to the health of our family unit and our lifestyle.

I have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, quality, care and attention that our dogs routinely receive from your employees at the Port Jefferson location. I would like to compliment and specifically bring to your attention the efforts of Shannon, Lauren and Brittany (and the rest of the Port Jeff team) for the amazing care that they provide. Your business is not just about providing daycare, boarding and training services. Your business is also about confidence and trust – I am trusting you and your employees with members of my family on a weekly basis – I can say without hesitation that I have complete confidence when I leave/entrust Kelsey and Luna with Shannon, Lauren and Brittany that – they know our dogs names, they will play with and attend to our dogs and will generally take good care of them until I pick them up at the end of the day. Their levels of attention, care and conscientious conduct have really helped our dogs become more socialized and better adjusted animals – we can see the difference your business is making with our dogs.

…As a senior executive with a large multi-billion dollar corporation…I can recognize good workers and superior service when I see it, and your team is doing a great job. I would also welcome any ideas that you might have in suggesting how my wife and I can express our appreciation to your Port Jefferson team - Shannon, Lauren and Brittany – we would wish to compliment them and yourselves on the great service and care that you are providing to us.

Please keep up the great service and we will continue as your ardent customers. With great thanks and warm regards,

Curt and Linda Croley

Dear the Staff at Doggie Daycare, Port Jefferson:

I would like to thank the entire staff at your PJ location for their kind and helpful attention my dog and I received while visiting your facility. I would also like to bring special attention to one specific staff member, Brittany- who made me realize my dog was in good hands. …My daughters and I were very nervous about our dog being able to receive her medication during her stay... I am well aware you accommodate a fair number of dogs per day, but Brittany reassured us that each and every dog will get some kind of individual attention. I cannot explain to you the relief my family and I had after visiting your facility and speaking with her. We were all extremely impressed with the level of professionalism she had as well as the confidence she carried while speaking about dogs in general. Her presence was esp. warm and welcoming….

The facility was very clean. We found ourselves getting giddy about the cute "houses" in the sleeping area. I would never consider another place to board my dog and I would (and do!) recommend your facility to others without any hesitation.

Thank you all, and we will see you soon!

Dear Mike and Staff,

I can't thank you all enough for taking such good care of my dog, Bailee. She absolutely loves coming to doggy day care. As soon as we cross over the railroad tracks, she goes crazy in the back seat, barking all over the place. When we arrive, she pulls me all the way from the car right to your door, tail wagging furiously.

When I first got Bailee, I realized how difficult a job it was to take care of her. As a single person, I had to do it all on my own. If it weren't for you, I would not have been able to keep her. By going to camp twice a week, gets to expel her bridled energy. She also gets to socialize with other dogs and I have peace of mind! Now the time we do spend together is more enjoyable. I truly can't thank you all enough.

Sincerely,
Suzey Schumacher and Bailee

To the Staff at 3 Village K-P Kamp,

Just a note to inform you that Princess' battle with cancer ended this past Sunday. It was the most difficult decision I ever had to make, but to see her in pain would have been selfish.

Thank you for making her days at Day camp so much fun for her. I appreciate it more than you know.

Hello Marianne!

My name is Debbie Norabrok and I visited your Port Jefferson facility last week.  When I first heard about you guys, from my vet, I was a little up and down about visiting your facility because I did not know what to expect.  ( Understandably, because I consider my dog my child and a member of my family.  Last year I boarded him at my old vet's office and it was a horrendous experience for both my dog and myself.  He came home filthy, and covered in his own feces and vomit.  He was terrified of my husband (who he had known for all of his life and was fine with up until he boarded)...needless to say I was nervous about boarding him elsewhere.

...when I entered the facility, it seemed very clean and it had a very good vibe to it.  I adored the set up and how "dog friendly" it was.  I believe I spoke with a young lady named Brittany?  (that could be wrong?)-- but I know that she had colorful hair and facial piercing's.  I must say, when I first saw her I was a little turned off.  I mean I have nothing against piercing's or whatnot, but she looked a tad bit intimidating--but the second I talked to her I was wrong.. she was THE nicest person I have ever spoken to when dealing with my dog.  I have been to numerous dog events, outings, grooming salons, daycare in NYC etc. and she was just so friendly towards him and myself.  She got down on his level and was so sweet and caring.  She showed me around and was very willing to answer ANY questions, concerns, and comments that I had. (I'm sure that I was pushy and a little too concerned about how my doggie would be there)-- she was also VERY helpful and knowledgeable about canines in general.  (My dog has severe food allergies and health conditions-and when I was telling her his medical problems, she finished my sentences about medication and health conditions  ( I then asked her how she knew all of this and she informed me that is what she is going to school for) -This also made me feel so much better leaving him  there knowing that the staff was knowledgeable about certain conditions.  I am hoping to board him the second week in August, and hope that he enjoys himself at your daycare and just wanted to give my input on the great job I seen.

Hope to see you soon!

To all of Rocky's pals at day care:

I wanted to send a letter to first thank you for all the fun that Rocky has had at camp, and more importantly...thank you for tiring him out! It is not easy to wear that little dog out, but when I pick him up from camp, he barely makes it to Route 347 before he's conked out in the back seat, snoring and dreaming about all the fun he had that day.

So thank you for being there, and for being a wonderful place for working pet owners to leave their dogs. I am neurotic about who cares for my Rocky and I have complete faith in your staff because I know that you all look after him as if he were your own.

Sincerely,
Jessica Dulberg & Rocky the Regal Beagle

To Everybody at 3 Village K-9 Kamp,

Thank you for all your help in making my residency a lot easier. Goofie just loves you guys and will miss you.

We bring Abby, our one-year-old lab, to K-9 Camp so that she is not alone all day in the crate. The socialization she gets is wonderful and she is much more manageable at home now. She loves going to camp and every morning she sits by the front door waiting to go.

Three Village K-9 Camp has been wonderful for Abby and has given us peace of mind knowing she is being well taken care of.

Michael & Michele Lawton

Our German Shepherd puppy, Raja, is a high energy, lovable, friendly dog who enjoys the Three Village K-9 Camp. He can safely socialize with other dogs in a healthy atmosphere while he works off some of his energy. His attending camp allows for my day-long activities and volunteering with peace of mind.

Sincerely,
J. Gulati

Dear Mike and Staff,

Too often people find the time to write letters of complaint but I wanted to be sure to find the time to thank you for the wonderful care you gave to Jake and Jesse. I don't really think they wanted to come home--they were having more fun than we were. And baths and pretty bows gave just the right finishing touches!

We all felt so comfortable leaving them in your care and knew that they would receive the best care and attention. I'm so sorry Jake scared you to death by jumping through the window onto your papers but, after all, he needed to keep abreast of current affairs. And Jake going down and rolling over, why, will wonders never cease! See it was really me all along!

You run such a professional, clean, caring "camp" and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you in a second.

Thank you again for taking such good care of our doggies.

Sincerely,
The Millers, Carlsons, Krause & Pearsalls
