Hounds Town Charities Dogs Featured on Newsday.com

All five of Hounds Town Charities’ adoptable dogs were featured on Newsday.com in the Puppy of the Day segment. The charity, a 501(c)(3), works to rescue and rehabilitate dogs labeled “red” for behavior problems at local shelters.

The charity also houses and fosters dogs at their Ronkonkoma location, including these five pups featured on Newsday.com. The dogs that come through the charity rehabilitation program receive individualized behavioral training and they also get to participate in doggie daycare, which helps with socialization and behavioral problems, and provides psychological stimulation and physical exercise.
